Von: Lucy xxx [mailto: xxx] Betreff: request for language school recommendation from previous Treffpunkt student Dear Alexandra, I hope that all is well at Treffpunkt. I have two bits of good news and one lot of bad news! Firstly, I'm coming back to Germany to learn more German this summer and secondly my fiance is German and lives in Saarbruecken. Thus, I will be spending the summer in Saarbruecken and so the bad news is that I will not be able to study at Treffpunkt. I would like to stress that this is not simply a complement, but is so very true. I found both your school and the teachers excellent and would be delighted if I were able to study there again. However, as Saarbruecken is unfortunately too far from Bamberg, I was hoping that you or one of the Treffpunkt teachers might be able to recommend a German language school in Saarbruecken (I found Treffpunkt through a personal recommendation). Please say, "Hi," to all the teachers that I know at Treffpunkt. You might also be pleased to hear that Kristin and I have stayed in touch. Lucy |
